My name is Roy Sabado.
I have been in the Food industry for over 35-years.
I started as a dishwasher at Stuart Anderson Black Angus in 1979 in Tacoma Washington and became a chef for them in 1981 to 1986 transferred to Detroit Michigan open 2-Stuart Anderson Cattle Company there until 1989.
Moved to Hawaii on Maui in 1990 and open up Costco U- Less Whole Sale Foods as a Freezer Manager. Left them to proceed as a Cook -3 at the Grand Wailea in 1992 and moved up to Sous Chef in 1993 – Sous Chef at the Grand from 1993 to 2000 – Moved on.
Worked at Hailiimale General Store – Sous Chef 2000-2002 – W/ Chef Bev Gannon.
Worked at Joe’s Bar & Grill at Wailea – Chef – 2002- 2003 - W/ Chef Bev Gannon.
Worked at Sea Watch Restaurant at Wailea – Sous Chef – 2003 – 2004 – W/ Chef Todd Carlos.
Worked at Eskimo Candy Sea Food – Sales Manager – 2004 – 2013.
Worked at Eglobal LLC – Sales Manager – 2013 – 2015.
Now with Valley Isle Seafood – 2015 – Sales & Marketing.
