Our client base has expanded to include several of our — countries best known chefs and properties. In May 1998, The American Tasting Institute selected Garden and Valley Isle the 1998 Seafood Vender of the Year.

The operations and purchasing staff are certified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for HACCP regulations governing the industry. To ensure premium quality our plant is monitored by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce, and the State of Hawaii. Also we receive outside audits from ASI Food Safety Consultants and Food Protection Services.

The water utilized in the facility is treated by a dual treatment system featuring state of the art ozonation and ultra violet systems which reduce bacteria. These are just a few of the factors that give us the "edge" in today's market.
